Statement on Non-Use of Minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Surrounding Conflict-Affected Regions

Zhongya (Tianjin) Electronic Solder adheres to the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct and actively fulfills its corporate social responsibilities and supply chain compliance obligations. We hereby solemnly declare as follows:

Our company strictly implements conflict-free mineral management policies. We will not procure or use any mineral raw materials sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding conflict-affected regions. Strict screening and control over the origin and smelting channels of raw materials are enforced throughout our supply chain.

Should any supplied materials be verified as originating from the above-mentioned conflict regions, we will immediately terminate procurement and relevant cooperation to ensure a legal, compliant, and responsible supply chain for all our products.

We will continue to promote the establishment of a green and sustainable supply chain, consciously resist conflict minerals, and contribute to a fair, stable, and responsible global industrial ecosystem.
